Additional Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers
Development blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new document drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a key identifying distinct areas of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
More materials released as part of the continuing investigative release.
